Returns & Refunds Policy

At Laurelita, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition in which it was received.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare or cosmetic products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
